Returns Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any of the following items, for any reason, for a website credit. In addition we will refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of company error. Any item in new condition with original packaging and accessories . We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery or are not in re-sellable condition will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.

Refunds

We will notify our customers via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after receipt of return. Please note that we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of company error. Packing and Sending Your Return Email questions, issues or concerns to: QueenReflection@ReflectionsAfricanJewelry.com. We will do our best to address them. If you need a refund/return, we will provide the return shipping address via email. Include in your return the original packing slip. Be sure to wrap the package securely, and ship it to the address supplied in our reply email.

Lost Your Packing Slip?

If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number or the e-mail address and name of the person who purchased this order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send the package to the appropriate address.

Shipping

Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping. We generally use UPS for all domestic orders unless the customer has specified otherwise. Claims for damage must be made through the appropriate shipping company, FedEx or UPS.
