Our website will be updated with these changes as they occur. Returns Policy Within 30 days of receipt of shipment you may exchange an item of the same price. If you choose an item of lesser value you will receive a website credit. All exchanged items must be in new condition and original packaging. In addition we will refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of a company error. We do not offer refunds on returned products. Exchanges are welcomed. If you need a refund/return, we will provide the return shipping address via email. Include in your return the original packing slip.
Be sure to wrap the package securely, and ship it to the address supplied

If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number or the e-mail address and name of the person who purchased this order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send the package to the appropriate address. Shipping Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping. We generally use UPS for all domestic orders unless the customer has specified otherwise.
