How long will it take to receive my order?

Each piece of our jewelry is created by hand. Website orders are designed and shipped within 5-10 business days. We will send a courtesy email on the date of shipment. Wholesale orders please allow 2-3 weeks for shipment. Shipping times vary depending on the state you live in and UPS holiday schedules.

How will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping fees for 5-10 business days are free. For wholesale orders shipping fees do apply. Please feel free to give us a call and we will send a wholesale catalog via mail.

How do I check on the status of an order?

To check the status of an order please feel free to contact by phone or email. We will provide the tracking number and estimated date of delivery.

Returns

How do I make a return?

All items that you wish to return must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date given on the invoice enclosed with your order. There is a 10% restocking fee for all items returned. No returns are accepted after 30 days of the purchase date. All items returned must be in the original condition when purchased. If not Reflections African Jewelry, LLC will not be able to accept the return.

Returns received without a copy of the original invoice will slow down your return, may cause confusion or cost a fee. So please make sure to include paperwork in the return and to package items properly so they won’t be damaged while being shipped for return. Mail all returns to the address listed below.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Please allow 7-14 business days for a refund for returned items to post on your credit/debit account. We will notify you via email with an estimated date.

Damaged Orders

What to do if something is damaged?

If jewelry is damaged when your receive your order our company must be notified within 24 hrs. of receiving your merchandise. Otherwise we will not be able to help with the claim in an efficient manner. Do not discard the original shipping and packaging. Do not return damaged items without notifying us first to obtain instructions. Do note any damage done to the exterior of the box on the invoice received in the package and highlight all damaged items.
