These specially designed carriages reflect human-centered care in every detail: widened doors and aisles to ensure smooth wheelchair passage; wheelchair parking areas equipped with fixed straps, emergency call buttons and anti-slip handrails; Braille labels on the handles of every row of seats for visually impaired passengers; and accessible restrooms with anti-slip handrails, meeting the needs of special passengers in all aspects.
Elderly passengers, passengers with disabilities and others with limited mobility can book key passenger services via the 12306 app in advance to enjoy free full-process assistance, including personal guidance, priority station entry and priority boarding.
